This Privacy Policy explains how ProRAW Tools ("App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you download and use the App. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. No Data Collection

ProRAW Tools operates entirely on your device and does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or user data directly with the developer.

• We do not implement our own usage statistics tracking.
• We do not implement our own crash reporting or analytics collection systems. (Note: Apple may collect anonymized crash logs and usage statistics if you have opted into sharing this data with Apple and app developers through your device settings. This data is governed by Apple's privacy policy and is not directly controlled by ProRAW Tools.)
• We do not collect device identifiers or any other technical information.
• The app does not require an internet connection for its core functionality.
• No data is directly sent from the app to us or any third party integrated by us.

3. Photos Access Permission

The App requires access to your photo library (Photos) for its core functionality:

• To allow you to select ProRAW images stored on your device.
• To read the selected image data for on-device conversion to HEIC format.
• To save the converted HEIC image back to your photo library.

This access is solely for the purpose of reading and writing image files locally on your device. The App does not analyze, transmit, or store your photos outside of your device during this process.

4. Third-Party Services

ProRAW Tools does not integrate with any third-party services for analytics, advertising, or any other purpose.

5. Data Security

As no data is collected or transmitted by the App, concerns regarding data security breaches related to the App's operation are minimized. All processing occurs locally on your device.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 16.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the new Privacy Policy within the App or on the App Store listing. Your continued use of the App after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
